Daniel Roby

With degrees in filmmaking from Concordia University and the University of Southern California, Daniel first made his mark as a director of photography (Hommes en 40taine, La vie rêvée de Mario Jean, François en série). Following his hit film La peau blanche, he directed Funkytown and then Louis Cyr, critical successes that also broke box-office records. Daniel has also worked in France, first for the TV series Versailles, broadcast on Canal +, then on the science fiction feature Dans la brume, starring Romain Duris and Olga Kurylenko. His next film, Gut instinct, will star Josh Hartnett.
